roadmap

Growth is a process

Too often experts will dive into their presentation without presenting a roadmap and this usually leaves the audience unsure about what is going to be covered, why and when the presentation will end. Presenting a table of contents before they dive in and begin to talk puts everything into context and helps your audience to know where they are in the presentation. Road mapping allows the audience to see the key points you are going to explore and puts them into context and helps them relax into your teaching and allows them to relate it to the bigger picture and the promise of your presentation. I think if you implement this simple framework with your content, copywriting and speaking you will begin to see a sense of trust, and ultimately this will lead to more conversions.

Comme Ci, Comme Ça

I was recently asked this question: Why are we competing when we can create? After a few days of contemplation, I am now ready to answer it! I think that it’s OK to be different as there are many great minds with solutions to big problems out there who are being blocked by the same problem? There are so many opportunities in every industry to create and make a difference, we need to know how to get there in order to move from competing to creating.

I guarantee that you will feel empowered when you start to pick up on that divine purpose you have for being here on the planet. All the roadblocks in your way will be more easily overcome. In reality, everyone wants to work for an organisation and in a team where there is meaning behind what they do. I think what makes you unique and stand out from the sea of competition is: “Who you are and how you work with people, and how you do what you do and the beliefs and values that you emphasise in your process.” Contact me via e-mail when you are ready to look at your roadmap.

Sharing is caring

What are the fundamental capabilities of a human system that are crucial to its capacity to execute flawlessly and innovate consistently?

I think the simple answer is sharing. When I say sharing, I mean sharing knowledge, expertise and secrets. I think that in order to get what you want you will need a roadmap, not a conventional roadmap - a roadmap that contains an idea, plan and a series of steps to execute that plan.

Knowledge isn’t everything, you may need a guide - someone who’s been there before - someone who understands what you are going through and wants you to succeed. Someone who can give feedback, motivation and pick you up when things get tough. When you combine a proven roadmap with a skilled guide and an army of supporters - this makes an unstoppable combination. It’s important to have likeminded people beside you on your journey, people who understand what you are going through and want you to succeed.
